Business sources: Show document observations and page references with review and financial posting kept separate.

Contracts: Bound tenants and current owners can view matched contract originals, deed references and total values without automatically activating contracts or posting payments.

Ownership: Evidence and date based ownership transfers require Accountant review and CEO approval and revoke the former owner’s building access.

Record consistency: Matched contracts also appear in building history and customer request selection, with document values kept separate from confirmed collections.

Deed and history: Building records and contract preparation use the building’s approved successor deed while retaining historical contract deeds.

Unreviewed balances: An unreviewed contract balance stays unavailable rather than showing a zero that could imply payment.

Navigation and layout: Page links reserve their space immediately beside the pinned sidebar, without waiting for an animation, in Arabic and English.

Mobile navigation: Opening the mobile menu temporarily prevents interaction with background links until it closes.

Ticket list: Filter defaults show All. Older records use shorter internal display references while their original identifiers remain unchanged.

Filters and mobile: Additional filters use a disclosure, keeping mobile requests easy to reach. Language switching preserves the current filters.

Access and action evidence: Contract-page revocation hides linked tickets and files immediately. Completed-action evidence must match the ticket category.

Evidence and review: New evidence updates the ticket history and returns the final reply for review. Approval binds the current attachment set.

Request routing: General requests reach the Accountant, whose final review remains available after Customer Service takes over the work.

Navigation: Removed the duplicate top menu button. The edge arrow and keyboard navigation remain. The logo starts at the right in Arabic and the left in English.

Review: The Accountant reviews evidence and proposed rules first and can request changes. Later edits invalidate the earlier review.

Business sources: Building, category and date filters cover documents, finance, maintenance, utilities, projects and history, with saved originals and a private mixed-material review index.

Contract evidence: Contract reference, deed, unit, period and amounts retain page evidence. Matching originals attach to contracts; conflicting fields and extracted schedules remain subject to review.

Storage and access: Private copies are checked by content hash. Archive access is limited to the CEO and authorised Accountant within building scope.

Sign-in recovery: An expired archive session shows a sign-in action in the selected language instead of remaining on Loading.

Readable evidence: Contract details and installments show readable fields, SAR values and evidence pages, with scoped comparisons to candidate saved contracts.

Link language: The contract evidence link retains the selected language when returning from the contract register to its source.

Source clarity: Reuse shared form, table and dialog styling in building search and the merge migration review.
