Scope and operator
This policy covers the platform at www.alhassni.sa, operated by Sultan Ali Al Hassni Real-Estate Company. It explains respect for intellectual property and rights-holder complaints. It is not a trademark registration certificate or a platform or property advertisement licence.
Company and third-party rights
Materials, marks, designs and software remain the property of their owners or subject to their applicable licences. The company does not claim ownership of customer, government, provider or open-source materials. Displaying another organisation’s mark does not establish its endorsement or an official partnership.
Use and submitted content
Visitors may use content for lawful purposes within their granted permissions. Availability does not authorise copying protected material, republication or impersonation without rights. Submitters must hold the necessary rights or authority. The company uses submitted content only for the service, complaint and disclosed purpose under the privacy notice; submission is not general permission to publish or market it.
Reporting an infringement
A rights holder or representative may complain through the complaints page or info@alhassni.sa. Identify the content URL, right and alleged infringement, contact channel and capacity to complain. Do not send passwords, verification codes or unnecessary identity documents. Proportionate evidence or representative authority may be requested during review.
Review and preservation of rights
An online complaint receives a reference and registration date and is followed in the company ticket centre. Authorised staff review the complaint and evidence, may request details, and may restrict suspected content during review within applicable authority and obligations. The action and response are recorded while preserving history and confidentiality. A complaint alone does not establish infringement or prevent recourse to the competent authority or statutory rights.
