Improvements and fixes
Secure sign-in: Preserves the current identity and keeps private records concealed until confirmed. Distinguishes an edge check from sign-in expiry, recovers the two public navigation/help models with bounded retries and never automatically replays a mutation.
Device verification duration, sign-in policy and operating/financial authority remain unchanged. A new native sign-in is verified separately; Microsoft365 email remains last.
