Improvements and fixes
Document library: Document edits and uploads freeze the original details while a save is uncertain. A confirmed upload followed by a failed refresh offers refresh without uploading again.
Access protection
Current upload authority: Uploads recheck current authority before file preparation and record commit. Receipt recovery refuses changed roles or moved originals; concurrent duplicate originals are refused.
Verified with isolated real-handler and browser workflows. Existing originals and review controls remain intact. Full unlinked-file census and independent native-role acceptance remain open.
