Tickets and attachments: An absent saved result no longer clears its action reference. Explicit stop prevents delayed ticket creation, replies or attachment records from committing.

Outcome recovery: If saving already completed, recovery opens the current record instead of stopping it. Earlier files remain intact and a lost stop response can be checked safely.
Verification includes synthetic records in the actual English/Arabic interface. Independent native-role acceptance and the full original-file census remain open. No production tickets, messages or files were created.
