Rent obligation register: Equivalent Arabic/Latin period labels are compared without rewriting the source text; duplicate obligations and invalid import batches are rejected.

Financial history: Cancelled contracts cannot receive new obligations; historical corrections remain available. A revised term cannot exclude an existing covered obligation without reconciliation.
No production obligations or financial transactions were created; financial approval,source reconciliation and independent role checks remain separate.
