Pending invitations and proposal approvals stop when issuer identity,delegation or management evidence changes. A red marker explains the review reason and required next action.
Improvements and fixes
Owner-team invitations: Invitations retain their issuer identity,role and scope binding,rechecked at preview and joining. Legacy invitations without that binding stay retained and require cancellation and replacement.
Improvements and fixes
Reviewing unit proposals: Approval is bound to the submitting membership,identity,building and management evidence. Changed authority blocks the old proposal from updating the unit;reviewers can decline with a reason and request a fresh submission.
This release creates no production invitation,membership,charge or operating approval,and does not change accepted memberships or earlier history. Independent native-role acceptance remains required.
