Shared work-queue pagination and explicit selection limits
The work queue now uses the shared20/50/100/All controls with current result ranges,numbered pages and page counts. Filters and language links retain the chosen page;All changes browsing without expanding one source-review or approval action.

Selection and action boundaries: Announce visible selection reset,keep source review at50unique rows,and retain the previous100request approval-action capacity even when browsingAll. Current scoped review payloads are attached throughout the visible result set.
Browsing and page changes do not approve records,activate contracts,post money,grant access or send messages. The existing native-browser warning handoff still prevents protected/Arabic/mobile click verification;automated and saved-state checks are recorded separately.
