New Cases and authority: Filter cases by customer and lawyer; retain follow-ups and owner-requested, company-approved lawyer changes.
New Authority reminders: Reminders at 30, 28, 21 and 14 days, daily in the final seven days, and hearing coverage checks.
Improvements and fixes Account session: Same-account session refresh preserves case forms; account or authority changes still clear the view.
Improvements and fixes Case documents: Preview authority and follow-up sources in the shared document viewer, with a download option.
Internal tracking from source evidence; official issuance and revocation remain separate.
