Accountant review before CEO decisions, with the company logo at the language start edge and one sidebar arrow.

Navigation: Removed the duplicate top menu button. The edge arrow and keyboard navigation remain. The logo starts at the right in Arabic and the left in English.

Review: The Accountant reviews evidence and proposed rules first and can request changes. Later edits invalidate the earlier review.
Flagged advertising evidence, fees, terms and readiness proposals retain their separate evidence and decision requirements.
