Release details

Recover report figures and explain rent basis

Distinguish unextracted fields from absent documents and vacancy, while retaining the original annual rent basis.

  • Improvements and fixes

Printed report totals: Read truncated total labels and Arabic currency amounts with page and column evidence, without treating tenant rows as confirmed receipts.

  • Improvements and fixes

Rent basis and field status: Explain annual rent columns and fields awaiting extraction or reconciliation separately from unit vacancy and uploaded report files.

  • Improvements and fixes

Vacancy fields: An existing linked report with unextracted vacancy data no longer appears as a request for a new report.

Period and amount conflicts remain for Accountant review. Report extraction posts no receipts, dues or owner transfers.

Minimized sidebar with labelled icons

Minimizing keeps module icons visible, with labels on hover or keyboard focus.

  • Improvements and fixes

Shared navigation: A shared icon rail across portal, building and service pages, with an expand arrow and saved account preference.

  • Improvements and fixes

Accessibility: Labels appear beside the rail without clipping and support Arabic, English, keyboard focus and Escape dismissal.

Access permissions stay unchanged and mobile navigation retains its drawer behaviour.

Lighter public lists and request-form loading

Property lists, request options and service terms read the data they need without loading unrelated private records.

  • Improvements and fixes

Access speed: Skip unrelated audit, source, planning and customer records in public lists, property details, request options and service terms.

  • Improvements and fixes

Current availability: Current leases, reservations, pending payments and advertisement approval remain checked, without caching an old list or changing publication eligibility.

Performance across representative devices, networks and load remains under review. This release activates no advertisement, paid service or contract.

Show saved decision answers clearly

The Decisions page displays confirmed answers from their original saved fields and separates unanswered options from approved decisions.

  • Improvements and fixes

Confirmed answers: Show the saved answer instead of “Not recorded” when it is stored in the effect or value field.

  • Improvements and fixes

Pending decisions: Unanswered decisions show “Awaiting your choice”; recorded options and the next step each have a clear label.

This display repair does not select an answer for you or change decisions, permissions or fees.

Lighter signed-in session checks

Session checks load current identity and settings without fetching unrelated transaction and planning history.

  • Improvements and fixes

Page startup: Skip unrelated history during session checks while retaining current payment settings and permissions.

  • Improvements and fixes

Session correctness: Reread authority for each request and fail when required settings cannot be read instead of showing an unconfirmed status.

This improves session checks; performance acceptance across all pages, devices and independently signed-in roles remains open.

Reviewed-list coverage and category-first work

The category dashboard links reviewed-list points to existing work and current status, and displays the saved work order and active category.

  • New

Your reviewed lists: Expandable lists connect each journey and audit point to its current saved items, without duplicate requirements or treating capture as completion.

  • New

Work sequence: Show the saved category order and current work category; address ready work by priority while retaining blocked items and their reasons.

Traceability does not activate services, fees or access, or accept completion. Historical reviews are retained; later decisions and each item’s current state remain authoritative.

Current development progress with edit protection

The development dashboard refreshes saved progress while viewing and when you return, pausing during edits to protect your work.

  • Improvements and fixes

Development progress: Refresh current progress while viewing and on return, preserving the selected category, search, status and page.

  • Improvements and fixes

Edit protection: Automatic updates pause while editing or using a request dialog, preserve reading position and protect edits started during a pending read.

  • Improvements and fixes

Read continuity and access: Temporary network errors retain the last read. Session expiry or access revocation clears private data and stops automatic requests.

Refresh is read-only and does not accept completion or change operating decisions. Remaining scope and acceptance stay separate.

Interlinked search for cases, supplier invoices and reviewed sources

Global search covers three additional workflows under each record’s current permissions, with direct links to the matching case, invoice or source.

  • New

Legal cases: Find permitted cases by number and title, including only assigned cases for lawyers.

  • New

Supplier invoices: Search invoice references and supplier names and open the exact permitted invoice, preserving building and supplier scope.

  • New

Business sources: Find reviewed business-source filenames within current access, excluding extracted text, paths, quarantine and identity/address documents.

Search does not approve a source, case or invoice, grant access or execute payment. Independent operating-role acceptance remains separate.

Document checklist for the assigned operations reviewer

Assigned operations reviewers can track building-request documents and missing items without exposing originals, identity details or private verifier notes.

  • New

Request follow-up: Show required, received and missing document categories and current information-review status, retaining correction requests within the existing assignment.

  • Access protection

Private documents: Limit operations to a completeness summary without deed references, original filenames or links, or other reviewers’ private notes. Original access retains its existing permissions.

Receipt does not mean approval. No staff assignment, access grant, agreement approval, property activation or fee is changed. Independent signed-in staff acceptance remains separate.

Linked-unit rental protection and visible delivery evidence

Rental availability checks every covered unit and whole-building lease; development progress separates engineering work from shipping, verification and acceptance.

  • Improvements and fixes

Rental availability: Prevent offering or reserving additional units covered by an active lease; apply the same rule to unit saving and rental approval.

  • Improvements and fixes

Building occupancy: Count every covered unit once in building and floor summaries while keeping contract financial totals counted once.

  • New

Actual delivery: Show separate engineering and shipped-change lists, with verified release evidence and unchanged CEO acceptance.

No contract activation, advertisement publication, payment or access change. Booking rejection is tested with isolated records; independent operating-role acceptance remains separate.

Grouped open work and full-card navigation

System development opens by category; whole cards open changes, acceptance queues and decisions through direct links that retain language and clear old filters.

  • New

Grouped work: Group every workstream into nine categories with counts for progress, blocked work, publication, acceptance and priority.

  • Improvements and fixes

Card navigation: Click anywhere on category or change cards to open details; acceptance, decisions and open-work cards use ordinary navigation links.

  • Improvements and fixes

List filters: Summary-card links clear old request IDs and filters, focus the results and preserve existing request deep links.

  • Improvements and fixes

List synchronisation: Synchronise results with the address during navigation and history changes, discard older reads and repair dependency links.

Final completion acceptance belongs to the CEO. Open decisions are distinct from commercial service approvals. No decision, fee, access or approval setting is changed.

Data-rights completion evidence and access controls

Require documented full fulfilment and requester notification before completion, and enforce Administration access on the private register API.

  • Improvements and fixes

Data rights: An identity tick and note alone cannot complete a request; record the actual action, evidence reference and digest, scope and requester notification.

  • Improvements and fixes

Administration access: Block direct reads and writes when Administration is hidden, preserving existing role boundaries.

  • Improvements and fixes

Dates: Preserve original response-deadline precision when it is unchanged.

This records an administrator-verified external action; it does not export, deliver or erase data. Retention approval, actual execution and human CEO acceptance remain separate. Optional approval levels remain disabled.

Connected overview, categorised progress and optional approval levels

Repair portfolio summary reads and encrypted upload boundaries, open progress lists from summary cards, and add an optional approval layer plus verified rental-fee transfer handoff.

  • Improvements and fixes

Portfolio overview: Portfolio summary reads include required building-review inputs while omitting raw import archives.

  • Improvements and fixes

Documents: Preserve identity and employment originals up to 5 MiB through encryption while retaining original limits, integrity checks and older manifests.

  • New

System development: Clickable open/acceptance/pending-decision cards and complete workstream categories. Maintenance updates identify Codex separately from the authorization principal.

  • New

Rental company fees: A matched, verified bank transfer preserves offer/invoice/payer bindings and protects the unit hold before the application advances. Conflicting holds prevent automatic settlement confirmation.

  • New

Optional approval levels: A separate disabled-by-default policy: L1 routine approvals and L2 configured exceptions. Initially integrated with supplier invoice costs, eligible reviewer scope and configured independent preparation; other workflows still need integration.

  • Improvements and fixes

Reminder rules: Preserve existing payment follow-up when other reminder rules change; expose its schedule in the approval draft.

  • Improvements and fixes

Transfers and reports: Include verified transfers in service reports and print the paid invoice receipt instead of an unpaid draft.

  • Improvements and fixes

Bank review fee: Allow an unpaid bank-review invoice when the service and receiving bank are approved, without requiring Tap; original upload still requires verified payment.

Existing approvals stay the default. L1/L2 remains disabled until explicitly configured by the CEO, initially for supplier invoice costs only. Payment remains separate. No gateway, receiving-account or fee activation, and no automatic CEO completion acceptance.

Scoped employment review and attributed company supplier drafts

Accountants review routine evidence within their buildings and refer exceptions to the CEO; company staff can record invoices for an evidence-reviewed offline supplier with clear authorship.

  • New

Employment evidence review: Accountant access requires verified linked contracts wholly within their scope. Exceptions need CEO review; no automated solvency or housing-eligibility decision is made.

  • New

Supplier invoices: Record a supplier against reviewed identity evidence, then prepare an attributed draft with retained originals, source VAT, corrections and supported unit/period allocations. No supplier login is created.

  • Access protection

Scope and approvals: Recheck authority after file reads and on command replays. Routine cost approval stays with the Accountant, exceptions with the CEO and payment remains separate.

This release creates no real employment submission, invoice, payment or housing decision. Company supplier identity review is not government verification.

One clear keyboard entry to the company website

Retain the original localised skip link and move keyboard focus directly to the main content.

  • Improvements and fixes

Accessibility: Remove the duplicate homepage skip link while preserving its destination, translation and keyboard behaviour.

Approved policy text, approvals and financial records are unchanged.

Faster policy pages and consistent release history

Read approved terms and privacy editions without loading the operating archive, and keep the latest-update time consistent while browsing release history.

  • Improvements and fixes

Terms and privacy: Reduce data read per request while preserving approval, edition integrity and access to previously published editions.

  • Improvements and fixes

Release history: Last updated reflects the latest verified release even when searching or viewing an older page.

Approved policy text, approvals and financial records are unchanged.

Building report guidance, navigation and release-history improvements

Clearly identify complete reported months, show scoped owner review progress without internal records, and improve keyboard entry and navigation.

  • Improvements and fixes

Building overview: The latest complete consecutive-month indicator states its coverage while period totals and posted money remain separate; owners see review counts only.

  • Improvements and fixes

Navigation and access: Add keyboard skip links, open the signed-in tenant’s own file directly, and list only the technician’s assigned work in the ticket centre.

  • Improvements and fixes

Release history: Paginate release history with search across older releases and read release metadata without loading the operating archive.

Contracts, fees and broader delegate access were not activated; evidence review and operating acceptance remain separate.

Shared form validation and first-error guidance

Saving reveals and focuses the first invalid field, with clear feedback and format checks while preserving existing records.

  • Improvements and fixes

All forms: Consistent inline feedback and first-error navigation across dialogs, staged forms, Arabic and English.

  • Improvements and fixes

Input quality: Check blank text, formats, numeric constraints and date order; reject unsupported control characters on the server.

Format validation does not establish document authenticity, payment or approval.

Current reconciliation and building summary refinements

Current reconciliation flags and building totals, one summary period selector, and billing execution independent of email configuration.

  • Improvements and fixes

Reconciliation: Recalculate current contract and tenant flags and building totals on read without altering or approving source records.

  • Improvements and fixes

Building summary: Remove duplicate period controls and source total cards, paginate all recorded expiries, and localise percentages.

  • Improvements and fixes

Billing: Allow billing closure without an email provider while retaining policy, agreement and evidence gates; show bank review pricing in service details.

Checks do not automatically approve documents or collections; other chats are not ingested automatically.

System development and data integrity

A saved CEO change register with evidence, final acceptance and relationship checks.

  • New

System development: Requests, progress, evidence and retained history; completion follows live verification and CEO acceptance.

  • Improvements and fixes

Project plan: The project queue reads the saved register in place of the old static snapshot.

  • New

Workstreams: Show requirement progress per workstream, distinguish audit findings and new requests, and place deferred items after open work.

  • New

Register corrections: Review corrections to workstream and decision metadata against the prior hash and new evidence, retaining the previous version.

Checks do not automatically approve documents or collections; other chats are not ingested automatically.
