Release details

Recover from a stalled sign-in check

A stalled shared session read now ends after 15 seconds with a safe retry, instead of leaving Checking your sign-in indefinitely.

  • Improvements and fixes

Shared session loading: Bound session headers and response-body reads with a 15-second deadline, abort timed-out reads, and release the shared pending check for an explicit retry. No write is automatically replayed.

  • Improvements and fixes

Recovery and private data: Localized timeout guidance keeps unsaved form nodes protected and restores them only after current authority is verified. Late aborted responses cannot replace a newer session or falsely expire it.

Repairs stalled-check recovery only. Repeated full-document and tab-return checks and broader navigation/performance work remain open. Server authorization, expiry, revocation and the 30-day verification policy are unchanged.

Scoped reference search and consistent result pages

Search matches saved property addresses and permitted deed/request metadata, with shared 20/50/100/All result controls.

  • Improvements and fixes

Staff global search: Added scoped address/deed/request matching and saved record IDs without indexing original contents or internal notes. Operations-only request readers cannot discover verifier-only owner/deed fields.

  • Improvements and fixes

Result navigation: Search now reuses the shared page-size selector, numbered pages, total page count and Arabic/English directional navigation. Changed queries clear stale results.

Read-only metadata search; no role grants, original-content indexing or financial posting. Building/status/period filters and broader independent native-role performance acceptance remain open.

Progress screen resumes after session recovery

The development register resumes on a verified session and offers an explicit retry, without bypassing access checks.

  • Improvements and fixes

Progress-screen loading: Fixed the frozen initial page after a failed session check. Handles a late session client and resumes on a verified session event, retaining edit,account-switch and expiry protection.

This restores screen loading; it does not bypass session verification or certify all performance requirements.

Private saved-record readiness check

An explicit CEO-only saved-record read and format check, while public liveness stays cheap and independent.

  • New

System reliability: Added a private saved-record read and schema diagnostic with an explicit failed result, without exposing provider errors or record contents. It changes no data or approvals.

A passing read does not prove financial reconciliation, external-service readiness or independent recovery.

Direct development delivery and flagged field review

Development completes after deployment and live verification, with red markers for fields needing Accountant review.

  • Improvements and fixes

Development progress: Removed CEO acceptance as an engineering completion gate. Deployed and live-verified changes count as complete and leave open queues, retaining evidence, decision history and operating approvals.

  • Improvements and fixes

Data review: Added red markers and review reasons beside affected source-row fields, and direct review links for conflicted or unextracted financial metrics. Originals, scope and operational approvals remain.

This release does not approve an employee transaction, grant access or automatically correct financial values.

Shared button hierarchy and refined toolbars

Clear primary actions, grouped view controls and consistent interaction states across shared pages.

  • Improvements and fixes

Buttons and filter toolbars: Replaced uniform pale pills with shared primary, supporting, quiet and danger treatments. Refined the filter panel, joined List/Cards controls and emphasized Add development request while retaining existing behavior and permissions.

  • Improvements and fixes

Mobile layout: Constrained the register grid so long filter options cannot widen the mobile page, and removed the closed drawer area that caused Arabic horizontal scrolling. View controls, drawer opening, focus and permissions remain.

  • Improvements and fixes

Mobile layout: Removed the closed mobile drawer from layout to prevent Arabic horizontal scrolling, retaining drawer opening, focus and permissions. Corrected shared filter-card style precedence.

Presentation change; it approves no request and posts no money. Completion acceptance remains with the human CEO.

Distinct sidebar module icons

Distinct symbols for the main modules and building sections, with existing hover and keyboard labels.

  • Improvements and fixes

Shared sidebar: Replaced repeated document/building symbols with distinct case, contract, application, ticket, invoice, approval, development and settings symbols. Portal and standalone pages use the same icon vocabulary.

Visual change only; existing links, permissions, preferences, selection and copying behavior are retained.

Select visible rows from the table header

A checkbox under Select toggles only displayed rows while copying, page sizes and navigation remain available.

  • Improvements and fixes

Row selection: Removed the select-all-results button and moved visible-row selection beneath the Select column heading. Readable labels and checked/mixed states show the current page selection, with the same visible-only behavior in cards.

Bulk selection affects only currently displayed rows. Choosing All as the page size displays all matching results first; no item status or acceptance changes.

Select, copy and page through system changes

Select individual changes or all filtered results and copy their current status, with page sizes and numbered navigation in list and card views.

  • New

System development register: Copy selected items or the page with status, evidence, dated revision and links. Choose20,50,100 orAll, see page counts and use numbered navigation in Arabic or English.

  • Improvements and fixes

Interaction during refresh: Page navigation, selection and copying remain responsive during background refresh; older page responses are discarded.

  • Improvements and fixes

List column readability: Selection and page-size labels stay readable, with sufficient width for the last-update date.

Copying reads current saved progress without changing statuses or accepting completion. The reusable pagination control is initially applied to the system development register.

Unified pending-approval preview

One CEO review list groups approval requests by type, separately from operational tasks and system development points.

  • New

CEO approval review: My work queue brings together decision requests for services, utilities, supplier exceptions, account claims, identity/employment exceptions and building names/activation. Filter by type or building, search, and open the source record for review.

This previews requests from the linked work queues; it grants no access, approves no action, creates no charge and sends no message. The scheduled daily email still covers service/pricing approvals only. Source reconciliation, independent-account acceptance and human CEO completion remain separate.

Current document access and safe retries

Recheck current authority after loading identity, employment and owner-intake documents, and protect attachment retries.

  • Improvements and fixes

Private documents and attachments: File reads stop when account binding, Accountant scope, reviewer assignment or saved document references change during loading. Ordinary downloads repeat page and file restrictions; upload retries recheck the current record without creating another attachment.

Mid-read access-change tests use local synthetic records. Independent-account and actual-original operating acceptance remain separate. Account permissions, approval policies and original documents are unchanged.

Current access checks for private evidence

Recheck current account access and case/archive binding after loading private evidence, before returning its contents.

  • Improvements and fixes

Legal and archive evidence privacy: Legal originals reopen current authority after file I/O. Archive extraction and every streamed file part recheck current access and source identity, and stop when permissions or binding change.

Mid-read isolation tests use local synthetic records. The current live register contains no cases; independent-account operating acceptance and CEO acceptance remain separate. Account permissions and original records are unchanged.

Avoid repeated data loading when saving

Avoid loading verified data twice within the same request, after confirming the saved revision has not changed.

  • Improvements and fixes

Save processing: Saves reuse the already verified request data only when its current saved envelope is identical. Other updates trigger fresh complete reads and permission checks.

First reads and save verification remain required. This scoped improvement does not guarantee every save duration or complete load/recovery acceptance.

Preserve focus when navigation refreshes

Keep keyboard focus on the same destination when the permitted menu is rebuilt for the same account.

  • Improvements and fixes

Keyboard navigation: Background refresh retains the focused icon and its label. Account changes and removed destinations never receive transferred focus.

Current permissions still decide the menu; an unavailable link is never restored. Independent device and role acceptance remain separate.

Keep sidebar labels visible during refresh

Keep a focused or hovered compact sidebar label visible when the same account session refreshes.

  • Improvements and fixes

Compact sidebar: Background refresh no longer hides the current icon label. Expiry, account changes and removed links clear it.

Permissions and menu closing behavior remain unchanged. Independent role and device acceptance remain separate.

Avoid unrelated development-history reads

Operating screens skip unrelated development history while the CEO work queue retains its engineering follow-up.

  • Improvements and fixes

Operating screen reads: Property and service reads no longer hydrate development history, preserving current projections and authority.

  • Improvements and fixes

Engineering follow-up and saves: The CEO work queue keeps development tasks; saves continue to verify complete current data.

This is a scoped loading improvement, not a capacity increase or whole-platform latency guarantee. Operating and final CEO acceptance remain separate.

Chunk development records and their history

Support verified chunks for development items and ordered history, with explicit conversion that preserves prior records.

  • Improvements and fixes

Development register capacity: The new format no longer requires all items or all history to fit in one block, and reuses unchanged chunks.

  • Improvements and fixes

Conversion integrity: Current authority remains freshly read; format conversion requires exact revision/hash guards and complete saved-data verification.

This does not increase provider quota or block limits. Independent backup and operating acceptance remain separate; older source requires a verified format conversion first.

Show published updates on open work

Show verified published updates while work continues, separately from item stage and final acceptance.

  • Improvements and fixes

Progress accuracy: Count items linked to verified releases as having published updates without closing them or removing remaining work.

  • Improvements and fixes

Delivery detail: Release titles open their contributing items, with version evidence in lists, cards and details and a release filter.

Published-update and work-remaining counts may overlap. Saved records, item stages and CEO acceptance are not automatically changed.

Save requests without waiting for email processing

Return the saved result after committing data, with notification intents retained in the durable queue for the existing background workers.

  • Improvements and fixes

Save response: Remove email processing from the end of ordinary saves; a slow provider cannot hold the saved result, and no detached send is launched.

  • Improvements and fixes

Durable notifications: The existing event and periodic workers retain consent checks, uncertain-send review and duplicate protection.

Email settings, schedules, notification policies and charges remain unchanged. Provider acceptance or reading an alert does not prove delivery or completion.

Protect private dialogs during session checks

Conceal private forms, documents and notifications when a sign-in check fails, preserving unsaved input for retry.

  • Improvements and fixes

Session privacy: Protection includes dialogs outside the main page and dialogs arriving during a check, while keeping retry accessible.

  • Improvements and fixes

Form recovery: The dialog, input and focus return after verifying the same account and authority; expiry clears private data before navigation.

Sign-in rules, permissions and saved records are unchanged. Independent operating-account acceptance remains a separate check.
