Release details

Catalogue views and saved property photos

List and Cards with normal or compact density, building context, saved contract versions and recovery of original photos.

  • Improvements and fixes

Property catalogue: Retains view choices and shows each unit’s building and permitted source contract versions without inferring occupancy or payment. Restores saved photos with accurate loading states, enlargement and in-page retry.

Draft review, source matching, contract activation, collections, licences and access retain their existing controls. Microsoft365 email remains last.

Safe recovery when sign-in reads are interrupted

Recognises temporary connection checks, retries permitted reads once, and restores navigation/help without discarding current work.

  • Improvements and fixes

Secure sign-in: Preserves the current identity and keeps private records concealed until confirmed. Distinguishes an edge check from sign-in expiry, recovers the two public navigation/help models with bounded retries and never automatically replays a mutation.

Device verification duration, sign-in policy and operating/financial authority remain unchanged. A new native sign-in is verified separately; Microsoft365 email remains last.

Reliable verification and device pages

Waits for the existing shared session client before starting verification and offers retry if loading fails.

  • Improvements and fixes

Secure sign-in: Repairs verification/device startup before the session client is ready, without automatic codes, sign-in bypass or extending device verification.

Device verification duration, sign-in policy and operating/financial authority remain unchanged. A new native sign-in is verified separately; Microsoft365 email remains last.

Less waiting during secure sign-in

Updates session and remembered-browser verification without loading unrelated historical records.

  • Improvements and fixes

Secure sign-in: Preserves confirmed revocation and current identity while reducing the records needed to save a session and restore a verified browser.

Device verification duration, sign-in policy and operating/financial authority remain unchanged. A new native sign-in is verified separately; Microsoft365 email remains last.

Remaining work between delivery batches

Moves accountability for unfinished work to a successor while preserving the earlier scope and evidence.

  • Improvements and fixes

Deployment batches: Allows an unfinished original item to move from a verified and sealed narrow contribution to a queued successor, with a recorded reason and unchanged original work and earlier evidence.

  • Improvements and fixes

Scope evidence: Freezes batch scope membership at its start and retains assignment transfers in the same register.

Operating and financial approvals remain separate. Company and construction scopes are planned; native sign-in verification is deferred and Microsoft 365 email remains last.

Projects, phases and deployment batches

A saved delivery plan linked to the original register, with accountable ownership and delivery evidence.

  • New

System development: Shows projects, phases, deployment batches and their work, with editing, search, selection, copy and export.

  • New

Delivery control: Preserves batch scope, dependencies and issues, and guards successor starts until verification and the saved delivery handoff.

Operating and financial approvals remain separate. Company and construction scopes are planned; native sign-in verification is deferred and Microsoft 365 email remains last.

Owner sign-in sessions

Preserves sign-in activity and the owner’s trial terms.

  • Improvements and fixes

Owner account: Saves session activity and browser details while preserving the original verification deadline.

  • Improvements and fixes

Trial period: Starts a trial once when the approved ownership, acceptance and activation conditions are met.

Live sign-in verification is currently deferred. Account authority and operational approvals remain required; Microsoft365 email stays last.

Saving sign-in sessions

Saves session changes while preserving company records and verifying their integrity.

  • Improvements and fixes

Sign-in: Saves session revocation and trusted-browser restoration through the same protected update.

  • Improvements and fixes

Change history: Preserves earlier records and sign-in audit events with every confirmed update.

Live sign-in and hosting verification remain required. Account authority and operational approvals remain required; Microsoft365 email stays last.

Sign-in exchange and confirmed session reset

Reduces sign-in waiting while requiring confirmed previous-session revocation before account access.

  • Improvements and fixes

Sign-in: Account access waits for both confirmed previous-session revocation and successful sign-in.

  • Improvements and fixes

Session protection: Unconfirmed session revocation keeps sign-in closed and preserves the original browser-verification deadline.

The separate hosting error remains under investigation; authority and operational approvals remain required. Microsoft365 email stays last.

Portal startup and current session checks

Reduces session startup work and retries a temporary read failure once while retaining identity, authority and save protection.

  • Improvements and fixes

Startup: Public pages and response checks avoid loading unrelated business services.

  • Improvements and fixes

Sign-in protection: Sign-out, callback and session checks retain their current identity and authority requirements.

  • Improvements and fixes

Read recovery: Temporary reads retry once within the same session deadline; saves and payments are not automatically resent.

Identity, browser proof and operational approvals remain required; Microsoft365 email stays last.

Restore browser sign-in while retaining your page

Checks sign-in, restores the verified browser and confirms the current session, while recovery from a lost response retains the same server session.

  • Improvements and fixes

Sign-in recovery: Restoration has its own bounded time; the page and unsaved work remain retained until the current session is confirmed.

  • Improvements and fixes

Restoration retry: Reissues the current verified session without another session or sign-in entry, retaining the original verification deadline and revocation rules.

Native identity, the verified browser proof and a fresh session check remain required. Recovery sends no code, grants no access and does not extend verification.

Record follow-up and the next action

Current record status, assignee, priority and deadline with save recovery, list context and preserved history.

  • Improvements and fixes

Request follow-up: Uses current status and deadlines, preserves assignment, appointment and priority changes, and requires explicit review of unsupported saved values.

  • Improvements and fixes

Save, navigation and history: Retries the same save action and retains inputs across failed reads or in-page Back; restores the filtered list and pages through saved history.

A follow-up or reminder does not prove a message was sent. Customer access, internal notes and financial approvals remain separate; Microsoft365 email remains last.

Contract preparation and source review before commit

Connected party, unit, term, policy, utility and source checklist with save recovery and clear review and commit boundaries.

  • Improvements and fixes

Contract preparation: Retains six-month frequency, exact installments, clauses and utility account and meter numbers, with fresh review after source or policy changes.

  • Improvements and fixes

Preview and save: Keeps the draft and its inputs visible after a failed saved-result refresh and retries the same action. Period conflicts remain visible without disclosing records outside scope.

Internal review remains separate from owner policy approval, company verification, Ejar activation, obligations and collection. Prior originals and financial records are preserved.

Report discovery, context and cost sources

Permitted report discovery preserves period, filters and return to the original record, with clear date, evidence and recorded-cost bases.

  • Improvements and fixes

Reports: Search, group, report, period and page survive refresh, return and language changes. Keyboard discovery and no-results feedback respect the current account scope.

  • Improvements and fixes

Sources and costs: Costs include approved supplier allocations without unallocated balances or duplicate direct costs. Changed originals and missing dates leave totals unconfirmed; payment and owner charges remain separate.

Party access, financial policies, mandates and warranty terms follow their approved records. Cost evidence is separate from payment, and a location result alone does not prove physical presence.

Maintenance requests, approvals, visits and costs

One request view connects parties, agreement, approvals, visits, costs, collection and closure while preserving sources and distinct recorded states.

  • New

Maintenance: Five clear groups cover the problem and agreement, approvals and collection, visits and photos, invoices and warranty, and closure and discussion. The next step follows the saved request stage and current access.

  • Improvements and fixes

Costs and time: Supplier invoices link to an exact request and supported allocation; unallocated amounts and payment remain separate. Visit corrections retain previous values, and unrecorded work time is not shown as zero.

  • Improvements and fixes

State and navigation: Extra scope requires current party decisions and its own funding or documented exception. Actual departure can be recorded after cancellation without completing repair. Return links, language, filters and paging retain request context.

Party access, financial policies, mandates and warranty terms follow their approved records. Cost evidence is separate from payment, and a location result alone does not prove physical presence.

Unit records, sources and contract continuity

A clear unit profile brings together identity, sources, contracts, history, maintenance and utilities, with explicit review states, current vacancy and shared amounts.

  • New

Properties and units: Four accessible groups retain source labels, printed fields and history. Additional units retain their contracts and occupants; shared rent and meter amounts remain whole totals without assumed allocations.

  • Improvements and fixes

Sources and review: Show scoped review reasons and exact corrections. Unreviewed classifications cannot establish a rentable denominator; changed originals invalidate their mapping or meter coverage.

  • Improvements and fixes

Vacancy and navigation: An ended lease does not confirm vacancy. Public availability and booking require an authorised dated vacancy review after recorded tenancies, preserving maintenance, booking and lease guards. Return, language and paging retain unit and period.

Extracted observations are separate from operating approval and live Ejar status. Source reviews, classifications, meter coverage and obligations retain their permitted workflows; no financial records or access grants were created.

Contract summary, source and next step

Clear parties, units, references, term, total basis and permitted next step, with existing details, originals and history retained.

  • New

Contracts: Show the local and full recorded Ejar references and all contract units. Separate a source-supported full-term total from the annual rate; unknown amounts and unreviewed unit allocations remain explicit.

  • Improvements and fixes

Source and scope: Stale or mismatched source details cannot override the current linked tenant. A reviewed schedule basis is bound to the current contract version and original; Customer Service remains limited.

  • Improvements and fixes

Navigation and detail: Language, Back and reload retain the exact contract, installment and proof. Unavailable contracts have clear feedback; installments, originals, policies and cases remain in accessible groups.

Recorded/source state is separate from live Ejar status, activation and posting. Source reviews, reconciliation and operating approvals retain their existing follow-ups.

Collections from installment to voucher and owner report

Review installment parties, original, amount and actual receipt date, then follow attestation, posting, voucher and report with the selected unit and period retained.

  • New

Collections and installments: Grouped capture shows contract parties, units, covered rent period, owner attestation, Accountant next step and current versus report-end balances. Unknown received amounts and dates remain blank.

  • Improvements and fixes

Evidence and duplicates: Recheck saved original bytes and current posting authority; prevent duplicate references across digit forms and spacing. Uncertain saves retain one action, and corrections preserve history.

  • New

Voucher and report: Links retain language, period, installment, selected unit and return view. Whole shared-contract amounts and original voucher units remain distinct. Bilingual print and export separate due dates from actual receipt dates.

Posting follows current authority and the saved record policy; it initiates no bank transfer or Ejar status import. Reconciliation, missing sources and owner-statement delivery retain their existing follow-ups.

General company receipt and payment vouchers

Record completed miscellaneous company movements with saved originals and a different native reviewer. Unexplained movements stay flagged drafts; classification corrections retain the actual movement and prior voucher.

  • New

Company vouchers: Prepare receipts or payments, resolve flagged unknown drafts, independently match the full account/reference/party/date/amount/direction and reissue a traced classification correction. Recheck current original bytes, unit association and authority; prevent duplicate movement claims across rent, company invoices and owner settlements.

  • New

Register and source documents: Use grouped records and linked original workflows, shared20/50/100/All paging, scoped bilingual SAR exports, readable names, visible preview focus and current branded print presentation. Existing source movements are linked without a second accounting entry or inferred balance.

  • Improvements and fixes

Receipt payment basis and release observation: Bank-transfer acknowledgements state their independently verified bank basis; Tap capture remains distinct from bank settlement. Serial read-only release observations retain exact source checks and bounded transport retries.

Vouchers acknowledge completed movements; they do not initiate transfers, post income or owner entitlements, or issue tax invoices. Owner payout CEO approval stays separate. Optional review layers remain off unless authorised. Broader actual accounts, dated tax-document treatment and production role journeys retain their existing criteria.

Grouped reports, calendar preference and document printing

Find financial reports by task, retain scoped financial meaning in screen and CSV, choose a personal Gregorian or Umm al-Qura calendar and use governed company print presentation.

  • New

Report centre: Four searchable groups connect existing advanced reports with outstanding rent aging, verified scheduled rent, incurred service costs and property coverage. Missing dates and conflicting unit scopes retain unknown totals; whole-contract amounts are never split into invented unit allocations. CSV uses explicit SAR amounts, scope and unconfirmed values.

  • New

Personal calendar: Choose Gregorian or Umm al-Qura for your account. Hijri date companions validate real dates and apply an explicit Gregorian conversion to the field; stored source and financial dates remain canonical. Lightweight reads exclude unrelated financial and development history.

  • New

Document presentation and receipts: The CEO may save A4 orientation, margins, text size, official logo choice, bilingual footers and printed names. Explicit private print actions read current settings while preserving source and payment checks. Scoped tenant, owner and authorised-staff receipts retain logo, reference, building, unit, amount and date; uploads and initiated payments remain insufficient for a paid voucher.

General cash vouchers, broader company/owner financial classifications, complete statement delivery and independent production role journeys retain their existing separate criteria. Printed names are labels only and create no signature or approval. No financial record, fee, policy, bank instruction or access grant is activated by this release.
