Release details

Approval timeline and CEO morning summary

A side timeline and compact review in the selected language, bilingual text capture and a protected daily pending-approvals digest.

  • Improvements and fixes

Service approvals: Shows actual request stages and dates, narrows the review form and displays one language while retaining Arabic and English. A resubmitted request keeps earlier return decisions in history instead of showing them as the current decision. The approval interface follows the shared release version so returning browsers load the updated script.

  • New

Notifications: Portal approval notices and an Arabic branded digest to the CEO’s verified primary email at 7 a.m. Riyadh when approvals are pending; uncertain delivery is not automatically retried.

Does not approve the selected proposal, change its prices/terms or create charges. Missing legacy translations are flagged without inventing wording.

Complete sign-in verification without a login loop

Email settings route to the required security code. The verification screen uses one status request and avoids reloading company history after code dispatch.

  • New

My account: Continue login verification from email settings while retaining the chosen language and destination instead of asking for another sign-in.

  • Access protection

Administration: Reuse the current browser's safe verification status without a duplicate request and return code dispatch status from its committed result without a full portfolio read.

Unverified emails grant no access. New emails require native sign-in setup. Mail hosting, WhatsApp and payments are unchanged.

Faster email confirmation and explicit mobile status

Email status reads identity data only and confirmation displays its saved result immediately. Mobile stays unverified until SMS or WhatsApp OTP.

  • New

My account: Removes the full company reload after email confirmation and shows success directly from the committed result.

  • Access protection

Administration: Clearly separates saving a mobile from proving ownership and explains verification/cooldown states.

Unverified emails grant no access. New emails require native sign-in setup. Mail hosting, WhatsApp and payments are unchanged.

Primary and backup sign-in for one account

Verified login emails, one mobile and duplicate protection while preserving building permissions.

  • New

My account: Manage verified primary and backup emails without copying accounts or permissions.

  • Access protection

Administration: Blocks shared login emails/mobile numbers and adds duplicate review without automatic merges.

Unverified emails grant no access. New emails require native sign-in setup. Mail hosting, WhatsApp and payments are unchanged.

Receipt vouchers after payment confirmation

Printable Arabic or English vouchers after Accountant posting or verified company-fee capture, with private access for each party.

  • New

Payment vouchers: A voucher freezes the confirmed amount, reference, contract and unit, and appears in payment schedules and finance reports.

  • Access protection

Voucher privacy: Pending evidence and sandbox payments cannot issue paid vouchers. Access is checked on every view and internal notes remain private.

Vouchers acknowledge recorded payment and do not replace a tax invoice or Ejar receipt. This release performs no charge, message or production-payment activation.

Consistent tenant-request detail protection

The owner workspace now uses the same protected tenant-service title as record detail and exports.

  • Access protection

Owner service summary: The owner workspace now uses the same protected tenant-service title as record detail and exports.

No production account, CEO binding, fee or balance changes. Isolated tests do not replace actual signed-in session acceptance.

Owner and tenant isolation protections

Tighten billing, messages and document boundaries across payers and changed account links, with clearer company-portal sign-in and hosting-owner recovery.

  • Access protection

Data isolation: Filter payer billing, messages and notices against current links; unverified historical contract drafts cannot grant building access.

  • Access protection

Documents and permissions: Withhold a previous owner’s management agreement from a replacement owner; test private files, receipts and internal notes across independent identities.

  • Improvements and fixes

Company sign-in: Remove email-based administrator bootstrap and block the known hosting-owner password reset from the portal, with a Google sign-in alternative.

No production account, CEO binding, fee or balance changes. Isolated tests do not replace actual signed-in session acceptance.

Subscription proposal basis and draft review

The reference proposal uses each managed building, with Accountant draft preparation without broader access and visible differences in older drafts.

  • Improvements and fixes

Financial proposal: The reference proposal is SAR 100 per managed building monthly, without changing an approved policy or creating charges.

  • New

Draft review: The preparer and CEO see relevant saved subscription proposals and exact review links, including a warning for a different billing basis.

Existing drafts are not automatically edited. Submission, CEO decision, owner acceptance and financial activation remain separate; no collection or permission changes.

Review contracts by document and schedule readiness

Filter private source contracts by missing lease, incomplete schedule, party matching and review readiness, with direct navigation to the selected unit.

  • New

Accountant review: Current-record counts and filters follow building, month and access. Readiness enables review only; it does not approve contracts or automatically record obligations.

  • Improvements and fixes

Unit and interface: Unit links open the selected unit without mixing other occupants. The mobile Help icon remains visible beside search, and links preserve language.

No change to contracts, landlords, occupancy, balances, permissions or publication; evidence, party review and activation remain separate.

Search your permitted records

Private search across buildings, units, contracts, people and requests, with exact record links and current access controls.

  • New

Search and direct navigation: An Arabic/English search page from the portal header, with concise results, pagination and direct links. Record search is separate from Help guidance.

  • Access protection

Record privacy: No public index or searching of internal notes/document contents. Search terms use a private request body and are not stored; searching does not dispatch email or change records.

  • Improvements and fixes

Exact person profile: An owner or tenant result filters the People page to the exact profile, with a clear route back to everyone.

Results follow saved permissions; no account binding, invitation, contract/payment approval or property publication.

Lighter dashboard and building reads

Load the current screen without reconstructing historical import reports, while retaining fresh authority and current operating records.

  • Improvements and fixes

Loading: Server-declared reads for the dashboard, catalogue and property readiness. Undeclared dependencies fail visibly; saves still read the complete latest state and recheck current permissions.

Engineering improvement only; no tenant, contract, balance or publication changes. Actual signed-in acceptance and broader load measurements remain separate.

Recognise previously imported unit registers

Include unit evidence already linked to matching private source files instead of reporting a false coverage gap.

  • Improvements and fixes

Source coverage: Match the saved unit, building and source-file digest, retain separate rooms and expose the original register and month without duplicating report rows.

Historical review evidence only; this does not confirm current occupancy or payment, edit a unit or contract, or grant access.

Compact building reconciliation overview

A compact table of buildings, landlords and inventory, with expandable review points and no duplicate summaries.

  • Improvements and fixes

Usability: Show one reconciliation summary and direct links to each building’s inventory, tenants, contracts and source rows. The table becomes readable cards on mobile.

Presentation only; no change to rents, availability, verified facts, permissions or payments.

Building, tenant and contract reconciliation

A focused view of buildings and their linked historical records, with direct access to each source row and contract for Accountant review.

  • New

Reconciliation: Review managed inventory against property-document counts, the linked landlord, historical tenants and private contracts by building.

  • New

Traceability and controls: Direct links to the exact source row, month and contract, current permission checks, stale-preview rejection and schedule drafts only from unambiguous matching documents.

Historical reconciliation does not confirm current occupancy, availability or payment. No invitation, access grant, contract activation, property publication or charge is created.

Lighter loading and separate evidence storage

Separate historical evidence from account and release checks, and reuse unchanged evidence when saving.

  • New

Loading and storage: Read current account authority without fetching the full history; verify evidence-block integrity when opening business records.

  • New

Safety and recovery: Retain the previous revision, reject stale migration previews and verify every logical record map after the format change.

Code publication precedes the controlled format migration and its verification. This grants no account access, posts no balances and publishes no properties.

Show the statement guide in Payments and Finance

Correct the owner-statement topic so it appears when filtering financial Help.

  • Improvements and fixes

Help topics: The owner-statement guide appears in search and Payments and Finance in Arabic and English, with all guide topics checked.

Task guidance only; no permission, balance or term changes.

Help and tour guidance for the queue and owner statement

Searchable Arabic and English task guidance, tailored to saved roles without indexing customer records.

  • New

Search and help: Guidance for the work queue, exact source row and month, and the owner statement, entries, export and printing.

  • New

Platform tour: The tour explains the queue when visible and permitted, and clarifies that the owner statement is an unreconciled preview with no payment action.

Guidance grants no access, does not search contract or customer records and does not force a tour replay for users who completed it.

Statement review and print corrections

Correct year and print formatting, and exclude inconsistent maintenance-unit bindings.

  • Improvements and fixes

Statement layout: Display years without thousands grouping in Arabic and English, and hide the actual shared navigation header when printing.

  • Improvements and fixes

Unit binding: Exclude a job cost when its unit is missing or belongs to another building before preparing the owner statement.

  • New

Isolated checks: A local engineering renderer with synthetic data, no production persistence, no message delivery and no payments.

Synthetic sessions do not prove Wix identity-provider acceptance. Financial reconciliation and automatic statement delivery remain inactive.

Monthly owner statement and entry drill-down

Monthly building and unit views of recorded rent receipts and service costs, with record links, CSV export and print layout.

  • New

Owner statement: A shared Arabic-default or selected-English statement, limited to the viewer’s permitted buildings.

  • New

Evidence and transparency: Show receipts from verified contracts only. Keep service costs distinct from payment evidence and net cash; label unconfirmed data clearly.

  • New

Export and print: Export statement entries without internal notes, with branded printing, an evidence reference and the unreconciled status.

An unreconciled preview, not a final approved statement. No automatic delivery, charges or balance approval; reconciliation and approved statement issuance remain separate.

A focused staff work queue

Separate operational follow-up and financial/data review, with direct links to permitted records.

  • New

My work queue: Filter by building, task type and source month; open the specific source row, request or payment evidence.

  • New

Responsibility: Show CEO fallback for unassigned operational requests while keeping financial and identity reviews with the authorised Accountant.

  • Improvements and fixes

Navigation: Direct customer-request and maintenance links, with saved page and building permissions applied to each task.

Read-only queue: no messages, financial posting, access grants or customer-facing rule changes. Assignment and edits remain in the authorised record workflow.
