Owner ledger, reconciliation and controlled settlements
Trace one building and recorded beneficiary through supported opening, receipts, costs and verified payments. Accountant preparation, CEO payout approval and independent evidence matching remain separate.
- New
Owner accounting: A scoped ledger separates face amounts from company-held funds, incurred from paid costs, tenant deposit liabilities and owner cash. Source gaps and missing openings remain explicit; evidence and original bytes are rechecked.
- New
Settlement controls: Accountants reconcile and prepare partial settlements; the CEO approves payout amounts. A different authorised reviewer matches actual payment amount, beneficiary, date, reference and separate original before a debit or voucher is verified. Outstanding amounts remain reserved.
- New
Review and vouchers: Shared Arabic and English views retain period and paging. Branded vouchers show actual paid amounts and unpaid remainders. Optional review workflows remain off until separately configured, and the system initiates no bank transfer.
Actual opening balances, financial evidence, authorised operating acceptance, monthly statement delivery and broader fee/tax/general-voucher criteria remain separate. Software verification creates no production financial records or policy activation.
