Recover a saved request using its opaque action reference and prevent a stopped unsaved action from committing later.
Improvements and fixes
Request recovery: An opaque action reference survives browser reload without storing form or file contents. The current scoped result is read without replaying the write.
Improvements and fixes
Stop an unsaved action: Explicitly stopping an unrecorded action prevents a delayed write from committing. An already saved action opens its current record instead.
This reload recovery covers private owner-building requests. Independent native-role acceptance and other domain recovery remain open; no production requests, files or permissions changed.
