Connected document follow-up and saved reminder periods
Document alerts now follow saved lead times, with typed review, search, paging, responsible reviewers and visible review reasons.

Document notices: Register status and portal alerts use the same saved lead time, separating historical, replaced and non-expiring documents.

Document review: Document type and source guidance, reference, issue/expiry dates and a currently authorised reviewer, with red review reasons.

Document register: Search and filters by building/company, type and status; shared 20/50/100/All paging and exact notice-to-record focus.
Improvements and fixes
File replacement: PDF and image replacement reuses a saved upload after a failed save; choosing another file uses its new upload and retains history.
Internal review does not establish official validity. Original-source review, independent operating-role checks and operational email remain separate; no customer records, charges or access were changed.
