Contract entry: Manual, Finance, import, bulk and rental drafts use shared configured building defaults. A configured new activation requires current original comparison; contract exceptions bind to exact terms and units.
No real building terms or operational approvals are entered by this update. Signed originals, money and role permissions remain separate. Broader route/role acceptance remains recorded in the existing plan.
