Grouped building tasks and clear financial meaning
Find building work in four groups, retain every permitted section, and use consistent table paging.
- Improvements and fixes
Building navigation: Property, Contracts and finance, Operations, and Documents and history organize existing sections. Opening a group preserves the current task and search; choosing a section reads current authorised data.
- Improvements and fixes
Table navigation: Building tables use shared 20/50/100/All controls, visible counts and numbered pages. Selection, filters, exact links and Arabic RTL placement are preserved.

Financial meaning: The contract table labels collections less recorded incurred maintenance as contribution. Recorded cost is not payment evidence; actual paid costs, fees, tax, deposits, refunds, transfers and opening balances are required before net profit can be established.
Grouping preserves advanced functions and their existing controls. The financial-meaning criterion is verified independently of the broader reconciliation, paid-cash evidence, official status and native production-role work.
