Visible approval-summary and month-close outcomes
The existing authenticated worker records bounded, safe outcomes for approval summaries and monthly owner-service closing. The CEO processing log adds type/outcome filters and shared paginated results, without running or retrying jobs.

Automation visibility: Observe inactive configuration, empty eligible work, held billing reasons, provider acceptance, uncertain delivery and failures separately. The journal excludes recipients, message content, draft references, amounts and raw errors. Its latest128outcomes coalesce identical hourly results and cap changed results per job/hour.
- Improvements and fixes
Processing log: Approval-summary and monthly closing outcomes appear beside existing outbox-transition observations under one consistent heading, with type/outcome filters,20/50/100/All and numbered pages. Late log imports or operating data cannot repaint after session expiry.
- Access protection
Existing operating boundaries: No provider or schedule is enabled, and billing/approval/payment authority is unchanged. Ordinary empty email checks remain write-free to prevent save-trigger loops. Journal failure cannot repeat a business action or change its successful result.
The read-only log is canonical-CEO-only. It records outcomes after existing named jobs run; missing history is not reconstructed. Provider acceptance is not proof of delivery, and invoice issue is not proof of payment. Crash detection, independent operating acceptance and real provider delivery remain separate.
