Improvements and fixes Page startup: Skip unrelated history during session checks while retaining current payment settings and permissions.
Improvements and fixes Session correctness: Reread authority for each request and fail when required settings cannot be read instead of showing an unconfirmed status.
This improves session checks; performance acceptance across all pages, devices and independently signed-in roles remains open.
