New Rent basis: Full contract term is available as an explicit rent basis, clearly labelled without deriving a monthly or annual rate.
Access protection Amount consistency: Source imports require full-term rent to equal the original total; mismatched schedules remain unavailable for financial review.
Recording an original does not activate a contract, create payments or grant an account; operating reviews remain separate.
